As Consultant or Temporary Manager the following activities are performed:

• Personnel training and instruction to manufacturing, heat treating, control.
  

• Customer requirements analisys.
  

• Emission of operative manufacturing procedures and instructions.
  

• Analysis of technological problems related to both specials or standard productions.
  

• Expertise on steel and special alloys process and components.
  

• Indipendent surveillance activities as indipendent third partie on products, processes and services when is required a thorough knowledge of the matter.
  

• Assistance in finding industrializable solutions for new products and/or production processes.
  

• Assistance in the research and evaluation of suppliers, products conformity assessement.
  

• Metallurgical investigation and analysis following malfunction and failure on main mechanical components.
  

Most of these services is performed independently, using only when and if it is necessary, the support of the test laboratories appropriately equipped and qualified.
